  No, we bring our own high-quality, cleaning supplies and  equipment. If you prefer us to use your products, just let us know in advance. 

 No, you don’t need to be present. Many of our clients provide access via  key, code, or lock-box. Your privacy and security are very important to us.

 We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee of $50. 

 Pricing depends on the size of your home or office, the type of service,  and its frequency. We offer free estimates—get in touch for a  customized quote. 

 Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not 100% happy, let us  know within 24 hours and we’ll come back to make it right—free of  charge.
